Ritmo Elektra S-Electrofusion welding machine - welded diameter range 20-200mm

The ELEKTRA S device is a universal electrofusion welding machine for connecting polyethylene pipes and fittings used in the transport of gas, water, sewage and other pressurized media with diameters of 20-200 mm. The welding machine complies with all current European standards for welding pressure fittings. Thanks to universal tips, it allows welding of all pressure fittings available on the Polish market without additional adapters. Elektra S has the option of compensating the welding time in relation to the ambient temperature. The welder allows welding in three modes: automatic - reading the barcode of the fitting using a scanner, semi-automatic - manual entry of the barcode of the fitting, manual - manual entry of welding parameters, i.e. voltage and time. The welding process is constantly monitored during the cycle. The device notifies the operator about any errors or anomalies that occurred during the weld. The welding machine's memory allows it to store the last 4,000 welds, which can be transferred to a computer using a pendrive in PDF format.
