The R1000 roll is used to support PE pipes while welding them using butt-welding machines.
Pipe rollers minimize pipe friction and resistance force, thus avoiding scratching the PE pipe surface, which may result in the unfavorable phenomenon of slow crack propagation in the future. The use of support rollers also reduces the degree of wear of the welding machine, which significantly extends its service life.
The R1000 roll is used to support PE pipes with diameters of Ø 315÷1000 mm.
