Positioning clamp (63-180mm) (three arms) for electrofusion welding ALIGNER ECO

Positioning clamp R63-180 is a professional tool for aligning and supporting pipes during electrofusion welding. Designed for pipes with diameters from Ø 63 mm to 180 mm.

It is made entirely of steel and has adjustable mounting clamps.
It can be set in 4 different working positions, which allows welding at predetermined angles, such as 30 °, 45 °, 90 °, "in line" and welding tees.
The mounting bracket has V-shaped clamps equipped with pipe fastening straps. The system, together with the pipe attachment to the clamp, also serves as a centering device.
Each arm has 2 guides on which the clamps can be moved.
