TLC500 clamp for mounting tees and saddle branches without a bottom clamp. It allows you to professionally press and immobilize the shape during the welding process. It is equipped with an indicator of the correct pressure force. Designed for saddle tees with a 12mm Allen key socket. The basic version of the device is dedicated to pressing saddle tees with drill holes. Adapters for 63mm, 90mm and 125mm saddle branches are available for the device upon request.
To properly press the fitting, the device generates a pressing force of 1.4kN÷1.5k, which is achieved by turning the upper knob of the device until the internal indicator is flush with the surface of the knob.
The TLC500 clamp handles pipes up to a maximum diameter of 500 mm.
