Prisma JIG welding device with equipment: centering device, R125TFE 230V heating plate, work stand, heating stones

Prisma JIG is a compact device for welding pipes and fittings made of HDPE, PP and PP-R, PVDF, PB in diameters Ø20÷125mm.

The machine has two pairs of jaws, fixed and movable, with practical handwheels to ensure excellent grip between the jaw and the pipe/fitting. It is also equipped with self-centering steel clamps that keep the pipe in the right position. When the type of work requires a different mounting configuration, it is easy to unlock and change the operation of the machine. The joined elements are heated using an R125Q welding machine with TFE thermo-constant temperature control.
