Ritmo R125Q TFE polyfusion welder - constant temperature - without heating stones

The Ritmo R125Q TFE welding machine is used to connect pipes and fittings made of materials such as: PP, PP-R, PB and PVDF. Welding is performed by heating the inner part of the fitting and the outer surface of the pipe. The welder is equipped with a permanent electronic thermostat (TFE), which is equipped with an alarm that warns the operator in the event of an anomaly, and with a PID algorithm that controls the temperature of the heating device by reacting to changes in the external temperature by appropriately correcting the set temperature.

Ritmo manual polyfusion welders are equipped with an aluminum heating plate to which, depending on the model, Teflon-coated heating matrices and a plastic handle with thermal insulation are screwed.
