Prisma JIG welding device - positioning device 63-125mm

Prisma JIG is a compact device for welding pipes and fittings made of HDPE, PP and PP-R, PVDF, PB in diameters Ø20÷125mm (standard steel clamps included for diameters Ø63 to 125mm, clamps from Ø20 to 63mm can be purchased separately).

The machine has two pairs of jaws, fixed and movable, with practical handwheels to ensure excellent grip between the jaw and the pipe/fitting. It is also equipped with self-centering steel clamps that keep the pipe in the right position. When the type of work requires a different mounting configuration, it is easy to unlock and change the operation of the machine. The joined elements are heated using an R125Q welding machine with TFE thermo-constant temperature control (available separately or in a set).
