The 63-200mm hydraulic squeeze off tool is used to close the flow of water, gas or other media. It is used in PE 100 and PE 100 RC pipes with diameters from 63mm to 200mm. Squeeze pipes in SDR 11, 17 and 17.6 and others on request.

Thanks to the squeeze, all work on an active pipeline can be performed while maintaining the highest work safety conditions. Compressing the pipe using a hydraulic squeeze off tool is possible thanks to the use of a hydraulic actuator. By moving the lever up and down, the clamp begins to squeeze the pipe. The actuator brings two steel rollers together, which compress the pipe until the flow is completely interrupted. The hydraulic cylinder has smooth regulation of the squeezing and opening speed.

The 63-200mm hydraulic squeeze off tool is easy to transport thanks to the steel frame and side handles or central handle depending on the type. The squeeze off tool has additional protection in the event of pressure loss or accidental unsealing of the actuator due to, for example, an impact. The standard tool configuration includes limit plates for SDR 11 and SDR 17.6. It is possible to order additional boards for unusual SDR rates.
