The 16-63mm manual squeeze off tool is used to close the flow of water, gas and other media. It is used in PE pipes with diameters from 16mm to 63mm, in SDR 11 and 17.
Thanks to the use of a PE clamp, all work on an active pipeline can be performed under pressure efficiently and quickly while maintaining the highest work safety conditions. Clamping the pipe using a squeeze off tool is possible thanks to the use of two rollers that squeeze the pipe taking into account the wall thickness. There are blocks on one of the rollers to limit the squeeze. They create a distance between the rollers equal to twice the wall thickness, which prevents the PE structure from being destroyed at the point of squeeze. By turning the handle at the top, the clamp begins to tighten the pipe until the pipe walls are completely in contact and the flow is interrupted. Due to the type of clamp, we have full control over the smooth regulation of the squeezing speed and clamp opening.

The 16-63mm squeeze off tool is easy and light to transport, thanks to its lightweight steel frame and compact design. The standard tool configuration includes limiting plates for pipes in SDR 11 and for 63mm diameter SDR17 and 17.6.
