The 63-125mm hydraulic squeeze off tool is used to close the flow of water, gas or other media. It is used in PE 100 and Pe 100 RC pipes. This tool offers the ability to squeeze pipes with diameters: 63, 75, 90, 110 and 125 in SDR 11, 17 and 17.6. This is the smallest clamp from the group of hydraulic clamps.

Thanks to the use of a PE clamp, all work on an active pipeline can be performed under pressure efficiently and quickly while maintaining the highest work safety conditions. Squeezing the pipe using a hydraulic clamp is possible thanks to the use of two rollers that squeeze the pipe taking into account the wall thickness. One of the rollers has cubes placed on it to limit squeezing. They create a distance between the rollers equal to twice the wall thickness, which prevents the PE structure from being destroyed at the point of squeezing. By pumping the hydraulic cylinder, the clamp begins to tighten the pipe until the pipe walls are completely in contact and the flow is interrupted. Due to the valve used on the hydraulic pump or actuator, we have full control over the smooth regulation of the squeezing and opening speed.

The 63-125mm hydraulic squeeze off tool is easy and light to transport thanks to its lightweight steel frame and compact design. Additionally, the tool is an external unit, which significantly reduces the weight of the tool itself. The standard tool configuration includes stop plates for SDR 11 and 17 and on request 17.6.
