The 63-125mm squeeze off tool is used to close the flow of water, gas or other media. It is intended for pipes made of PE. This tool offers the ability to squeeze pipes with diameters: 63, 75, 90 in SDR11 and 90, 110 and 125 in SDR 17.6. This is the largest PE squeeze off tool available that allows manual crimping.

Thanks to the use of a PE clamp, all work on an active pipeline can be performed efficiently and quickly under pressure. Squeezing the pipe using a manual clamp is possible thanks to the use of two rollers that squeeze the pipe taking into account the wall thickness. One of the rollers has cubes placed on it to limit the squeeze. They create a distance between the rollers equal to twice the wall thickness, which prevents the PE structure from being destroyed at the point of squeezing. By turning the handle at the top, the clamp begins to tighten the pipe until the pipe walls are completely in contact and the flow is interrupted. Due to the type of clamp, we have full control over the smooth regulation of the squeezing speed and clamp opening.

The 63-125mm squeeze off tool is easy and light to transport thanks to its lightweight steel frame and compact design. The standard tool configuration includes limit plates for SDR 11 and 17.6.

Limiting cubes for other SDRs are also available upon request.
